Send us your logo or design
We accept all common formats for embroidery except photos. If you are interested in printing, we need PNG format without background, in 1:1 size and with a resolution of at least 300 DPI.
Selection of textiles
On our website, you can easily choose the textile that suits you best. For orders of up to 30 pieces, you can purchase the products directly and add your logo. For larger orders (over 30 pieces), you can create a Wishlist, based on which we will prepare a bespoke offer with a bonus system. If you'd like to use your textiles, send them to us at: Náměstí Bratří Synků 612/11, Praha 4, 140 00, Nusle, Iris Atelier.
Option to buy without branding
If you do not need embroidery or printing, you can also buy the textile separately.
Possibility of branding on your own textile
You don't have to order your textiles directly from us, we are happy to create branding on your personal textiles. Just send it to us by courier or stop by in person. A personal appointment is possible in our showroom in Prague after booking a date, which you can easily book through our calendar.

Approval and processing of the order
Upon receipt of your proposal, we will send you a non-binding quotation, which can be adjusted to your requirements during the consultation. Upon approval, we will issue an invoice and once payment is received, we will begin production.
Before we start the final embroidery, we will always send you photographs of test samples which you can edit and correct until you are completely satisfied with the result. Only then will we proceed to the final realization.
Delivery or personal pickup
We will send your completed order to your chosen address, or you can pick it up in person at our showroom.
