Working Process

You send request form
Please complete the form by describing your project and attaching your logo. Additionally, kindly specify the desired dimensions for the logo and indicate your preference for the type of textile to be used.

We find Textile for you
We will calculate your order, find the best textile for you, and suggest the optimal solution.

We create Embroidery design
Once we receive your final approval, we will begin the graphic preparation process. This involves creating a file specifically designed for the embroidery machine. This file will serve as a template for all your future orders, ensuring consistency and efficiency in our collaboration.

We ship your order within 5-7 business days
Once the final version is approved, we will proceed with embroidering the design directly onto the chosen textile.
Once completed, you can choose to have the finished product shipped to your provided address, or if you prefer, you can arrange for a convenient pickup from our atelier.
