Depending on the ordered quantity, we dispatch orders within 5 to 7 days after the final design confirmation.

The price is determined for each customer individually based on their specific requirements. It is calculated based on factors such as complexity, size, and quantity of the embroidery.

We offer free calculation once all the necessary materials are provided.

The price of the embroidery program may vary depending on complexity, ranging from 10 to 70 EUR, based on the quality of the provided templates for bulk production. The cost of creating the embroidery program is charged only once..

To calculate the price, we require the following information:

1. Graphic design template
2. Dimensions
3. Quantity
4. Type of material
5. Desired delivery deadline

The payment can be made via bank transfer in advance based on a proforma invoice. For regular customers, there is an option of payment on invoice with a specified payment term.

The shipping cost is determined based on the size of the package. For small orders, the cost is typically around 15 EUR.
For large volume orders, the shipping is handled on an individual basis, and the cost is determined accordingly.

We embroider on any material that can be pierced by a needle. In addition to common textiles such as sweatshirts, t-shirts, shirts, pants, and caps, we can also embroider on materials like leather.
